At Blees Home, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our wall art and home collections. Every piece from our collection is inspected for quality. However, we understand that finding the perfect "Designer’s Final Touch" for your space sometimes requires a second thought.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process and maintain the integrity of our collections, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unmounted and undamaged, specifically regarding the glass and frame profile.
  • It must be in the original packaging. Because our products utilize real glass, the specialized protective packaging is essential for a safe return journey.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Review: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Dispatch: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we utilize real glass, transit accidents—though rare—can happen. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new piece.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
